ABOUT THE BOSS BITCH

I will turn 50 in 2024 and have officially retired from PRO competitive Bodybuilding. I am currently ranked 8th in the world in Masters WPD! When I turned 40, I decided I wanted to compete in bodybuilding to become an IFBB Pro.  

 

I accomplished this 18 months after my first amateur competition.

During the last ten years, the student has become the Master.  I am currently ranked #8 in the WORLD in the IFBB Masters Women’s Physique division.

 

Earning my IFBB Pro status was one of my proudest moments! During this time, I have worked with the industry's best Coaches, trainers, and Fitness Suppliers and have made lifetime friends.

It’s been a fantastic ride that’s seen me sweat with the best coaches, strategize with top trainers, and work with the finest fitness suppliers this industry has to offer. More than that, I’ve built friendships that are as solid as my muscles carved through years of dedication.

Now, as I step into a new era, I’m channeling all that hard-earned wisdom, technique, and insider know-how into crafting champions out of my clients.
